Surat Az-Zumar (The Troops) –
“If you disbelieve – indeed, Allah is Free from need of you. And He does not approve for His servants disbelief. And if you are grateful, He approves it for you; and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will inform you about what you used to do. Indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.” | QS 39:7.
Simplicity is beautiful. Transcendentalism is about living simply and not about having the lavish and most luxurious things. Be grateful for everything you have — because there are others who do not have those things that we take for granted. It’s not always about the glamour and lavish life — it’s more about being simple and using everything to your resources.
Yet — so little do we count our blessings and so easily we forget to thank Allah The Almighty.
